I went the beach this weekend and enjoyed the sunshine and fresh air. I thought about Marco's blog and his comments about the seasonal affect and this summer in New England. I looked around at other people and heard laughing and smiling people everywhere. Our winters can be difficult enough here in New England, but ususally our summers make up for it. Add the economic woes of many people and it is amazing more people are not in deep depression. For now lets just enjoy our moment in the sun.
I am happy that you were able to get away to the beach. This summer has been on the downside with all the rain. It tends to make one appreciate the days when the sun is bright and shining!
ReplyDeleteHey! Thanks for the shout out, lol! I agree with you comments though. Now that the weather is kicking up a little bit I am enjoying it more than ever. I went to the Cape and had a wonderful relaxing time in the sun. It was truly refreshing.
ReplyDeleteThe weather definitely has a huge effect on lots of us. The sun and blue skies this past week-end were incredible. I enjoyed family and friends at our lake house and two incredible boat rides. There is nothing like the beauty of the lake, with the wind in your hair, and water splashing as you go over a boat's wake. It is hard to go back to work after a week-end like this!
